ZZ Top Tickets - Classic Blues Is Always in Season‏

It's not an unlikely pair, as the '70s were good to both Aerosmith and ZZ Top, who are returning to their glory days with a co-headlining jaunt for a sturdy four months this summer. Tour dates were recently announced (as displayed below) with more specifics to be added as fans eagerly find ZZ Top tickets selling online!

The Texans are setting up with the Guitar Hero: Aerosmith stint after a month long jig in Europe. "To have to follow [ZZ Top] is going be a mouthful every night," Aerosmith guitarist said to Billboard online about touring with the classic rock trio of '70s fame, "and I know it's gonna kick us into overdrive. That sounds like a cliche, but when you play with a band like that...we'll be out listening a lot 'cause I love them. I always have. And I love Billy (Gibbon)'s playing. So we've got our work cut out for us, and the audience gets the benefit." As tickets went on sale April 17th, the collaborators are sure to see even more support as the sun begins to shine these summer months.

"I have always been a huge fan of ZZ Top," Perry continued. "I toured with them with the Joe Perry Project, and those shows were unforgettable. With ZZ Top on this bill, it will definitely kick us into overdrive." Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard are preparing for Europe's spring as they jet off at the end of May for a month long stretch across the western hemisphere with stops in Prague through Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Brussels and finishing up at the Download Festival in Leicestershire.

Classic blues rock is their game, and as ZZ Top tours the globe with their infamously Midwestern material, their aesthetic isn't even in need of a new compilation as fans are bound to swallow their signature blues riffs no matter the set they promote and provide. Though 2007 saw the release of Live from Texas, a compilation album from their November 2007 show at Texas' Nokia Theater, their latest studio feature was 2003's Mescalero; their fourth with RCA was a return to the ever fateful blues as 1999's XXX had trouble finding an audience, and instantly found a way to the top with a spot on The Billboard 200.
